How do I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting the
Orders page and entering your Order ID. You'll see a real-time timeline showing where your order is — from placement to delivery right at your door.
What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy for all products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, simply contact our support team and we'll arrange a pickup and full refund within 3–5 business days. No questions asked for fresh produce that doesn't meet quality standards.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm), Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders below ₹2,000. All online payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days. Express delivery is available same day for orders placed before 6 PM (delivered by 8 PM). Midnight delivery is also available for orders placed before 9 PM. Delivery charges vary by option — standard delivery is FREE on all orders!
Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. To cancel, go to the Orders page, select your order, and click "Cancel Order". Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Are your products really fresh and organic?

Yes! All our fresh produce is sourced directly from local farms and delivered within 24 hours of harvest. Our organic products are certified and free from artificial pesticides. We have strict quality checks — if any product doesn't meet our freshness standards, we replace it for free.
Do you offer subscription or bulk orders?

Yes! We offer weekly and monthly subscription boxes for vegetables, fruits, dairy and bakery items at a 15% discount. For bulk orders above ₹5,000, contact us directly at bulk@freshmart.in for special pricing and dedicated account support.
